This Digital Access and Refund Policy applies only to the Jib Or Die Tryin’ — Foundation Path digital training product sold for a one-time payment of $435 USD by Gripp Tight Productions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By completing checkout and accessing the course, you acknowledge this policy.
1. What you receive
Jib Or Die Tryin’ — Foundation Path is a digital educational product. It may include streaming video lessons, downloadable course materials, captions or transcripts, practice tools, and related private learner features made available with the course.
This product is delivered digitally. Access can begin immediately after successful payment.
2. Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of the original purchase time only if you have not accessed or downloaded any course content or course material.
Your refund eligibility ends at the first of either of these events:
- twenty-four (24) hours have passed since your original purchase; or
- you access, begin streaming, view, download, or otherwise retrieve any course lesson, course material, caption, transcript, or downloadable resource.
After refund eligibility ends, the purchase is non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Why this policy exists
Digital course content can be retained, copied, duplicated, extracted, or shared after it is delivered. This policy is intended to be transparent before purchase while protecting the course content and the work required to create it.
4. Your acknowledgment before access
Before initial course access, you will be asked to acknowledge that:
- course access is digital and may begin immediately after payment;
- the refund window is limited to 24 hours and ends when you first access or download course content or materials, whichever happens first; and
- the product is non-refundable after that point, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Access and download records
To administer this policy, we may maintain records of successful payment, acceptance of this policy, first course access, streaming activity, and downloads associated with your course access.
These records may be used to determine refund eligibility and to respond to payment disputes or chargebacks. They do not remove any rights that cannot legally be limited.
6. How to request a refund
To request an eligible refund, email info@groovelogicgroup.com within the applicable 24-hour period. Include:
- your full name;
- the email address used at checkout;
- your Stripe payment confirmation or transaction reference; and
- a short description of the request.
We may verify purchase and access status before processing the request.
7. Technical-access issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing the course, contact info@groovelogicgroup.com promptly. We will make a reasonable effort to address verified technical-access problems.
A technical issue does not cancel refund rights available under this policy. Likewise, a refund request does not require us to provide continued course access after a refund is issued.
8. Effect of a refund
If an eligible refund is approved, we may end access to the Foundation Path, video lessons, downloadable materials, captions or transcripts, learner features, and any associated private course resources.
9. Course boundaries
Jib Or Die Tryin’ is educational material. It is not:
- a certification or license;
- a job-placement guarantee;
- equipment-operating authorization;
- a substitute for manufacturer instructions, production-site requirements, or safety procedures; or
- a substitute for qualified hands-on supervision or professional instruction where needed.
10. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. If applicable law provides a right inconsistent with a term in this policy, that law controls to the extent required.
